Policies and Procedures
Guardian Angels Policies and procedures are electronically stored and updated in PolicyStat. Policy stat can be accessed by clicking on the icon below, located on every company computer. No log-in or password is required to.
We encourage you to open PolicyStat to receive the most updated policy that is pertinent to your area of work. If you have questions, please check with your department head.
Home Page of PolicyStat
When Policy Stat opens, you will see the “Home” screen. A list will be displayed of New or Recently Revised Policies and Procedures.
Search in PolicyStat
To locate your desired policy, you need to enter a search term into the Search Documents field. You can use one word or multiple words to search.
See below for example of how to search for the policy on using a mechanical lift to transfer residents.
- As you type in “Mech,” the policy for both the assisted living communities, as well as the Care Center are displayed. Click on the policy and procedure you wish to view.
Some policies have an attachment included. These could be either fillable forms or reference documents. You can click on any of the attachments to view.
